Everything you need to know before getting started.

ADHD coaching is a structured, practical form of support designed specifically for the way ADHD brains work. It’s not therapy and it’s not mentoring, it’s a collaborative process that helps you understand your brain, build systems that actually work for you and create sustainable momentum in the areas of life where you feel most stuck.
No. Many of my clients come to coaching while awaiting diagnosis, or because they strongly identify with ADHD traits but haven’t pursued a formal assessment. Coaching is about understanding how your brain works and building strategies around that, a diagnosis is helpful but not required.
Sessions are 55 minutes, held online via Zoom. Each session is tailored to where you are right now. We might work on breaking down a goal, building a new system, unpacking a pattern that’s keeping you stuck, or simply creating clarity around what’s actually going on. It’s practical, focused and always relevant to your real life.
Most clients work with me for 3, 6 months, depending on their goals and package. The Clarity package (3 sessions) is ideal for a focused starting point. Momentum (5 sessions) builds deeper systems. Transformation (10 sessions) is a full programme for lasting change.
Not at all. Most of my clients have never worked with a coach before. If you’ve tried other approaches, therapy, apps, planners, self-help books, and they haven’t stuck, coaching offers something different: a personalised, brain-first approach that meets you where you are.
No. While I specialise in ADHD in women and have deep experience with late-diagnosed women, I work with adults of all genders. The coaching framework is the same, practical, warm and tailored to your specific brain.
Yes. All sessions are held online, so I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the US and beyond. We’ll find a time that works across time zones.
The discovery call is a free, 30-minute conversation where we talk about where you are, what you’re finding difficult and whether coaching feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure and no commitment, it’s simply a chance to ask questions and get clarity on your next step.
Yes. Instalment plans are available for the Momentum and Transformation packages. We’ll discuss options during your discovery call.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. I understand that ADHD brains sometimes struggle with time, if this is a pattern, we’ll build strategies around it together.
