Coaching with Danielle isn’t about trying to force yourself to become someone you’re not. It’s about understanding how your ADHD brain works and learning practical strategies that work with it, not against it.

We start by identifying what’s already working, helping to shift focus away from self-criticism and overwhelm. From there, we build simple, personalised tools and routines that reduce stress, improve focus, and create more calm, confidence and consistency in everyday life.

The aim isn’t perfection. It’s helping you understand your brain, reduce rumination, and build a life that feels easier, more manageable, and more aligned with who you are.

Understand

Before we build anything, we take the time to understand your patterns, your history and how ADHD affects you personally. Everyone’s ADHD is different, so we explore how it shows up in your life and what support will work best for you.

Clarify

Together, we get clear on what's really going on beneath the overwhelm. Where are you feeling stuck, frustrated or exhausted? What is taking up most of your mental energy? What would life look like if things felt calmer, easier and more manageable?

Everyone's ADHD is different, which is why we take time to understand how it affects you personally. We explore your strengths, challenges, patterns and experiences to build a clear picture of where you are now and where you'd like to be. This creates the foundation for meaningful change and helps you move forward with greater self awareness, confidence and clarity.

Build

Once we understand your challenges and strengths, we create personalised tools, strategies and approaches that work with your ADHD brain, not against it. Drawing on recognised ADHD coaching frameworks, evidence based tools and proven techniques, we identify what will work best for you as an individual.

ADHD brains often benefit from structure, accountability, visual systems and sustainable habits, but the key is finding approaches that fit your life and how your brain naturally works. Together, we build practical strategies that reduce overwhelm, improve focus, strengthen self confidence and help create lasting change without relying on willpower alone.

No unrealistic routines. No trying harder. Instead, we focus on creating sustainable ways of working and living that help you feel calmer, more in control and better able to achieve what matters most to you.

Sustain

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you trust yourself more, quiet the constant mental chatter and build habits that continue long after coaching ends. Together we’ll help you navigate setbacks without guilt or shame, reduce rumination and create lasting changes that make life feel calmer, more manageable and more aligned with who you are.

The aim is for you to leave coaching with the tools, confidence and self understanding to continue thriving independently, knowing what works for your unique ADHD brain and how to support yourself when challenges arise.


SESSIONS ARE 55 MINUTES, HELD ONLINE AND DESIGNED TO BE PRACTICAL FROM THE VERY FIRST CALL.
